What items are eligible to swap?

Most clean, working, and gently used items are welcome, including homewares, tools, electronics, books, and clothing. We ask that all listings clearly disclose item condition and include honest photos.

How do I match items with other swappers?

Once you list an item, you can browse categories to discover goods you need. When you see something you like, propose an exchange with one of your listed items. Both swappers review and agree before locking in the trade.

How does physical pick-up work since Swapseez is online only?

What if an item is not as described upon collection?

You should inspect any trade before completing the exchange. If an item doesn't match its listing or description, you are under no obligation to hand over your item and can decline the swap respectfully on the spot.
