What we trade in
Swap what you have for what you need. Swapseez replaces cash with direct item-to-item exchanges across quality household items, outdoor equipment, clothing, and garden tools across New Zealand.
Trade categories
We facilitate bartering for practical, high-utility everyday items. Instead of buying new or letting good gear sit idle, exchange within our core trusted categories.
Closet and fashion
Quality garments, jackets, footwear, and accessories in tidy, wearable condition. Refresh your wardrobe without spending cash.
Household and homewares
Functional appliances, kitchenware, furniture, and decor that are clean, intact, and ready to be used in another Kiwi home.
Gardening and outdoors
Reliable garden tools, camping gear, and outdoor activity equipment in complete, functioning order for your next project.
Quality and Safety Standards
To keep exchanges fair and worthwhile, all listed items must be working and tidy. Safety is paramount, and every listing must adhere strictly to New Zealand legal regulations.
Condition and Transparency
We do not accept broken goods or incomplete fixer-uppers unless explicitly agreed. Swappers must clarify goods conditions directly and openly before confirming any physical exchange or pick-up, ensuring no surprises when trades are finalised.
Safe, lawful exchanges
We maintain strict standards regarding prohibited or restricted goods. Hazardous substances, unlawful products, and unsafe electrical items are not permitted. Learn more about our guidelines or start listing your trade today.
